Gentleman,
I know a nice Ukrainian girl from Kiev, speaks perfect English having been being taught in London, who came to London,England on a fiancee' visa only to find that her boyfriend decided he did not want to make a committment to marriage. She is now living in London, and does not wish to return to Kiev or to Ukraine.
