About GetMarriedNow services...

I am new to this site as well as the mail-order-bride search.  So, what ever help or assistance anyone can provide to a fellow searcher would be most appreciate!

Based on my research I have noticed that GetMarriedNow (I found an information published by a guy name Howard "http://www.travelpath.net/rw-how.htm") is one the better services to use.  I was thinking of getting their platinum membership.  I have sent them over six emails in the past six days and have only received a single reply with an incomplete list of answers to my questions!  Since the first impression is the most important one, I have to say that my first impression of their service has been very disappointing!  If that is the kind of service they provide before taking my money, I am concern to the kind of service I would receive once my money is out of my hand!  Furthermore, money issue aside, I don't want to waist my time.  So, I have the following questions:

1) Has anyone used their services?
2) Are there any additional charges involved (such as translation charges…)?  If so, why is not indicated on their site?
3) How quickly would they usually get back to you?  
4) Can anyone recommend an agency or a service that does a better job?
5) Do you know of a site that provides you with videos of the ladies (GetMarriedNow is the only one I have seen that would provide that service and I like the idea)?

It seems based on other people's advice you have already decided against this agency.  I wanted to add that I have tried this agency.  I bought their platinum service which was supposed to include everything, but when I started getting responses from women they asked for $50 a month for translation services.  Though I was able to successfully cancel the service after 2 months, I continue to receive email from them that has nothing to do with Russian women.  All kinds of commercial spam from support@getmarriednow.com.  Definitely avoid this agency.

Hello Max,  you have receive only e-mail in response to your six.
They answered you in an incomplete manner to your questions.
So you do have your answer.
Anyway, photos and videos do not mean  too much,
it is only when face to face with the girl that you will know
and that she will know.
Whatever way you choose to go, you will have to go over eventually.

You advised me, about the PC, that with Dell I couldn't go wrong.
Well, for what I do know.
I do know that with Jack, I will minimized  the risk,
so please, get in contact with him, check him out,
he may have so words of wisdom for you.

I know that should have been the writing on the wall in dealing with most American companies.  But, then again I am new to this and don’t fully know what to expect from the Russian companies, as to how quickly they should get back to me.  I know now, based on some older postings that this is not a company to deal with, so, I’ll move on.

You may wish to check the Planet-Love archives for more information, but I believe the prevailing wisdom is that this is a scam agency.  In addition, you are limiting yourself to women in Siberia which is not the easiest place to get to.  I certainly agree with the views below that you should invest your efforts and money elsewhere.
