I've received advice from a few people that I should begin a mailing campaign, but I could use a little advice on how to go about doing this, especially because I am in college and am on a very limited budget.  Any advice is much appreciated.

Thanks,

DE

DE,

Finding, courting, visiting, marrying and finally spending Your life with a foreign woman will require serious amounts of money.

Can You go there in the next 6-24 months?
Will You be able to support her?
will there be room enough for emergencies in Your economy?

just something to think about!

Where to start...

Check out the agency links on this site, and then go through them one by one... Write down the prices and services from each agency. When You look at the pictures and bios, print them out. After that, stay tuned to the P-L board as You may just learn something.

The bio info is there for a reason...If You are a couch potato, You should not be writing to a woman who is Your direct opposite. Pay close attention to what she is looking for, both before and during the letterwriting. The pictures are not always recent, and in general You shouldn't expect that she looks like her picture.

regards,

Andy

Andy,

Those are all good points you made, and I thank you for your advice.  I myself am going at this in a completely different way.  At this time, I'm not ready to be married.  I want to finish school, etc, etc.  My way of thinking is there is someone somewhere who feels the exact way.  She's the one I'm looking for.  Basically I'm planning on starting with just a good, old-fashioned pen friend relationship.  Get to know each other really well, etc.  And then I'll see where it goes from there.

The reason that these women advertise themselves are because they want to get married. Be sure to tell them that You are not ready to get married, and that You are just looking for a penfriend...

But it's through friendship that I hope to find my soulmate, which also is something that I'll be telling them.  I personally don't think love can come without friendship first.
