I am trying to get my lady in Vladivostok take photo for K-1 visa application.  I probably should have inquired about it when I was visiting her there, but I didn't.  Now I don't know where she could go to have ADIT photo done.  I asked her to call US consulate, but they did not offer any help when she called.  I emailed the consulate myself and got no response so far.  Does anyone know where she can get ADIT photo taken there?  Can she go to any studio?  Thanks for any help.

There is photo studio right downtown, tell her it is across jewelry store "Izumrud" (she will know which one Smiley.

They make all kind of pictures for documents and will be able to do it for her. INS also has a printout of how picture should look, so you might FAX it to her and ask her to take to studio and show what the picture should look like, just in case.

I went to your website, but the matchmaking section was not activated.

Are you out of the matchmaking business?

You should get the specifications for the adit or M-378 photo from the web and send them to your fiancee.  Any passport photo studio would be able to do the shot once they have the specs.
