Heat The ultimate answer is that this is the internet and psycotics are not hospitalized unless they are a danger to themselves or others. For all I know Neil is a fourteen year old neurotic child with pimples playing with himself while irritating his elders. I mean "is getting hooked up having sex?" I think this boy really lives with auntie Em in Kansas. Talk about conflicted! Everytime he starts something, he backs off and says" I didn't mean that". I would call him a troll but he reallly believes his statements and dosn't understand how out of touch he really is. For some here prose goes right over their heads. He's here to castigate us all for "chasin' dat debbel music" and make us see the light, come to our senses about the evils of sex, drugs and R&R and teach us that "sometimes the little woman just needs a slap or two so that she remembers that the MAN is the boss."
