Title: Girl from Medellin on Golf Channel Post by: Serenade on February 27, 2005, 05:00:00 AM I hope someone hasn't already posted about this, as I've been in and out of town lately and haven't read all the Feb. posts. Anyway, I was browsing on the tube a couple of days ago and caught the Golf Channel's Big Break III, which is a reality show where female golfers of various ages and backgrounds compete to win a slot on a professional tour (and no, I don't always watch televised golf as it can be very boring, except for the Masters). Well, one of the golfers is from Medellin, I think her name is Valeria. Her swing is a little weird, but so is mine, so I shouldn't talk. I just thought it interesting to see a living, breathing Colombian woman on U.S. tv.
