Title: looking for info Post by: hip on September 23, 2001, 04:00:00 AM Greetings to all; this is all very new to me as i have been looking at various intro sites for about a year. As of yet I have been only observing some of these sites and would like to find the better ones. can any one out there advise me on the best intro sites and the ones to stay away from! I know little about this subject and hope that others of greater experence can help me become more informed on the subject.Thankyou for your time.

If you talking about the "pen pal method" then I would say the site is not the critical thing. I have dealt with a few and all were satisfactory in the sense that they did what they said they would - provide addresses. If you have been looking for a year then you already have considerable expertise on the subject of sites, now it's time to start writing. You should be aware that some addresses on some of the "megasites" i.e. Cherry Blossoms, Sunshine, etc. have been distributed many, many times. Many sites have a way you can find out how many times the address has been distributed. It will atleast give you an idea if the lady has already been inundated with letters. However, that doesn't mean you can't still write her if you see that one special one out there, because love triumphs over all obstacles, at least sometimes.... Title: what r u looking for? what i am looking for are recomendations from others who have used sites ie: ihave used this service and found it to be good,ok etc.this would be of great help to get me started in my search once again thank you for your time. and don't bother with the sites. I have used several different sites in the past, and found that the quality ratio of the girls you are likely to meet this way goes way down. Meaning, in the sites you are much more likely to run into girls that have ulterior motives such as looking for a green card, sugar daddy, etc. than just going and meeting them in person. I'm not saying nice girls aren't there, but the ratio goes way down fast. I don't know where you are thinking of pursuing your interests at, but in the Philippines the girls are everywhere, and friendly. They approach YOU! Much different than in the states. You will have NO problem meeting them once there. Filipinos are natural born matchmakers, ask any cab driver, waiter, security guard, you name it. They will all be happy to introduce you to their cousins, friends, etc. Also, probably the best method is through a personal introduction from a friend, etc. Good luck, whatever you do. Larry. Hip, here are 2 additional directories to checkout in addition to Planet-Love which is were you should start. This one is noncommercial and each description is written by an independent reviewer and not just submitted by a site owner: This one has a rating system which gives you feedback on what other users have found worthwhile: And this one I am totally biased concerning as it is written by a friend of a friend:-) The best source of course is in my fiancee's ebook but I better not plug her sites here. Best of luck to you and just get some numbers on the board and go from there. In other words, write, write, write then call, call, call, then go, go, go! There, now you have all the secrets :-)
