Bear, did you file for an I-30 and a k-3 visa? What happens when your k-3 visa goes through? Or will they automatically void it when the I-30 is approved? The K-3 says that if you have an approved I-130 that it will have preference over the K-3. And it might be quite a while. I know several who have a second and can't get the 3rd or 4th. One couple are well into the 2rd year now waiting on the 4th to be delivered. Bear |
