Hi Andy,

December 28th 3:00 pm Hey a little heads up on the whole Batman thing, I had to kick them out of my house because one of his clients brought two prostitutes to his room.  He snuck them in by intimidating my mother in law who watches who comes in the front door of the house for security reasons.  My wife and I were out with friends so we didn't know what was going on until early the next day when the prostitutes were leaving my mother in law called to our room and we saw them leaving.  They were obvious prostitutes.  One of the other guys told me the next day that the Batman hooked his client up with them.  I feel sick because I had to deal with this all, I just told him that they had to leave and I'm still shaking because it's so upsetting.  It makes me so sad because we have such a nice place here and we are so accommodating we bend over backward to help people and we end up getting screwed.  My wife overheard The "Batman" on the phone with one of his "girls" saying that he was making a lot of money from this customer so he told his girls to "Do what ever it takes to make him happy, I don't care how much money you take out of his pockets (an expression) just make him happy."  Then he smiled and said "It's hard being a pimp."  He totally used us, we bent over backward to help out and he used us like we were his whores or something.  I was checking my email out on the balcony one night and one of his employees (a nice looking girl) sat down next to me and she saw a photo of one of our guests staying with us next Tuesday while he attends Latin Encounters and she thought he was cute.  I told her she can meet him when he is here next week.  About an hour later the Batman pulls me aside and accuses me of trying to steal one of his girls for my guests.  He's acting all street like she's his property and anyone who wants a piece of her has to go through him.  What an ass!!  Now I'm hearing from clients of his that he is telling them that it is OK to bring prostitutes to the house and that he will set it up for them.  To get into our house you need to ring the doorbell and we let you in if your are our guest.  That way we know who is coming in, no one needs a key that could be lost or copied, it's all for the security for our other guests.  This Batman insisted he get a key so he could bring in anyone he want.  We refused to give him a key so he was all mad at us.  I see now it was to bring in prostitutes without us knowing.  I feel so stupid because I thought he was a good guy, he totally lied to me and used us.  He originally told us he was having two clients staying with us and he wanted to have a small pool party (20 people) on New Years so the two guys could meet girls.  We said that was fine and then at the last minute he tells us that he also has six guys staying at the Hotel Dann and the party was up to over 50 people!  These are not girls he knows either, they are girls that his girlfriend passes out invitations to that she meets at the malls and such.  We said they should have it at the hotel and not at our place but he sweet talked us into agreeing to it because it was too late to change everything.  Now that everything has come into the light he is out and the party is off.  Sorry about venting but I had to tell someone and I know you know this situation well.  

5:30 pm .  I just finished talking to the sleazy guy who had the girls over and he said that Armani (The Batman) told him he could have prostitutes over to our house.  He said Armani was advertising on some sites called xxx and xxxx xxxxxx answering posts that this is his house and you can have prostitutes there.  The guy told me those are sites that talk about singles sex vacations.  This guy felt bad for us because he had girls over but also he felt used because Armani made it sound like a party house where prostitutes could come and go.  He was confused that me and my wife and my mother in law would be at a whore house.  It all came clear to each of us that we were both taken for fools.  Armani told me straight to my face that he wouldn't bring prostitutes into my house after I questioned him about the references and photos on his site early on and he told his client that he could have all the girls coming and going that he wanted and he even set it all up for him.  We are good honest people and we were just flat out lied to.  He is also telling people that he has had many clients over the years but the truth is this is his first group of clients, the first and last time staying at my condo!  I can't believe he thought he could get away with this.

December 29th 3:00 am the next morning.  Andy, you would not believe what just happened here at our condo.  When I kicked the Batman's clients out ( the Batass is staying at the Hotel Dann) I gave them until 10:30 am the next day so they could find an alternate place to stay.  Plus one of the guys staying here is cool and he is leaving then anyway and I didn't want to put him out.  About 2:00 am the sleazy guy comes back to the condo alone, my mother in law let's him in and I saw that he went to his room alone.  After our lights are turned off I see him come out of his room and go to the front door.  Now remember we have a front security gate also where only our guests can enter with their dates. No one unattended can enter.  He sneaks in two girls (why sneak them in when we allow guys to bring their dates in the rooms as long as they are not prostitutes). He had them hiding in our garage for about a half hour.  I am floored.  They start to play music and are dancing and making noise, at this point they are trying to hide the fact that they are there but they are extremely stupid.  I hear him get a call on his cell phone and he tells whoever is on the other line that he will be at the door in five minutes and he will let him in.  Again I am floored.  So I go down stairs to wait to catch them in the act.  Five minutes later the security phone rings and I go to answer it, as I lift up the receiver I see out of the corner of my eye in the mirror the sleazy guy opening up the door.  I drop the phone and run over to the front door yelling at SG (Sleazy Guy) to get them the hell out of my house, he tries to stop me and then there at the top of the stairs trying to hide like a girl from me was the Batman.  Thinking we were all asleep he sneaks into our house to cause trouble because he is mad at us for kicking out his clients and canceling his New Years Eve Party.   My wife comes running down from the third floor yelling at BM to get the hell out and some other foul things in Spanish, she grabbed his arm while yelling and he coward like she was going to hit him.  If she would of his fat butt would have been on the floor!  Can you believe that!!??  I kick BM out and then start going after the SG to get all of his things now and get out.  He is pleading with me about kicking him out at that hour, I told him that I originally gave him until 10:30 am but he ruined it by sneaking in 16 year old girls and the BM after he and I talked about how we screen who enters our house.  See, Armani (Batass) thinks he is such a smart big city guy and I am a inexperienced small city guy that he can take advantage of.  He is a liar and two faced.  I remember him saying that he has a client "Zack" coming on Sunday that is going to write his opinion of Armani's setup on this forum so he was going to make sure Zack had the time of his life to make him look good so I wouldn't put too much weight into that critique when it comes out.  Tell your friends to stay away from this guy.  Now all I need is to get my money from this jerk.  I can tell you this that if there is any problem collecting what is due I will shred his credit for the next seven years.

Why do you always sound so resentful? Don't try and put me in the P4P crowd. It has never been my bag. I prefer to get laid for free.

You know you are starting to remind me of Jay Leno. I used to like to watch him but now I can't. It all started with the Monica and Clinton thing. At first I thought his jokes about the oral sex thing were funny. After about six monthes of the jokes it was getting old. After about one year of the nightly jokes I just saw him as a bitter person that truely resented the fact that ol' Bill got a blow job. And after two years of the jokes I really believed poor old Jay has rarely been laid.

At this point mudd it's starting to get old. Please don't make me pity you.

Sorry to hear of your problems but glad you've disasoociated yourself and your condo from the whole batman thing.  I thought he might be running this type of business when he first showed up at Planet-Love.  IMO he acted a bit arrogant and his web-site left the impression that he might be more the pimp than the match-maker.  The only thing that gave him credibility in my eyes was your endorsement, so I'm glad you're pulling it.

Anyway, hope you're having a great time during La Feria.

You can bet just how some guys are going to interpret "adventure and fun".  From a spectator's standpoint it appears to be a matter of miscommunication.

Anyway, sorry to hear of all the hastles when you should be enjoying the holidays.  This scenario is exactly why I have not seriously considered sub-renting my condo.
