Title: Pena & Tour De France Post by: markxport on July 10, 2003, 04:00:00 AM FYI, Victor Hugo Pena (US Postal Team) is wearing the yellow jersey for the second straight day. He is the first Colombian to ever wear it!!! Although he won't win the overall race, its still a great honor for him and Colombia!!!
