Check the archives, a former poster married a lady from there a year, maybe a year and a half ago....I think they live in a small town near there, maybe he'd like to hook up with you (maybe even introduce you to a sister-in-law or cousin), sorry, I can't think of his name right now, but a search on 'Guadalajara' or 'Jalisco' should turn up several of his messages and maybe his email.
