Does anyone have any feedback, or insight into what kind of American Music is appreciated in Colombia? I'm looking for that royal gem, that isn't American/Latin Pop like J Lo, or Gloria Estafno. If you tell me that they really like Modern Rock, then I'll believe you because I haven't been there. What's played in the discos and night clubs? Thanks to all!!! Go to Studio 54, Barclays, Blues Brothers, London Bar or Martin's to get some idea. Those are the bars that play a large variety of American music. Sorry, no Brittney Spears, though. :( LOL! I talk to girl who's about 30 and she likes the Eagles, the Doors, and Beatles. Don't know if it's typical, but I found it interesting. It was odd because I am a Shakira fanatic. Hey donb2222, Thanks! I totally forgot about Lenny Kravitz. He's got a freaky-cool kind of sound, although I'm not a big fan of his, it gives me something to think about.
