It's called a "Cedula De Ciudadania" and it is 8 numbers.

It's called a "cedula" and has a lot of numbers but I don't know how many.

it is of 8 numbers and it depends on the city the numbers they begin and also of the y.o in that it completed the 18  y.o....... I was born in 1977 and my I number it begins with 94 millions...... some begin with 31 millions if it is a city but small that Cali.  
Ours numbers of passport it is also number of the " cedula de ciudadania"... and the  numbers of a child's passport it is the I number from birth of the registration.
