Title: 1 month aniversary Post by: mck on July 02, 2002, 04:00:00 AM Today my novia has been here for exactly one month. I can actaully say it has been exactly what I expected. Her english is really getting better now and she is enjoying it here. Over the last month there have been 3-4 minor arguments but mostly because of cultural differences. This is basically about what I expected. In terms of my novia has compared to past relationships, she really is not that different then American women but far more sweeter, and definitely more traditional and lvoing. The one thing you have to realize is women are women, no matter what culture or language they are from, they are always going to be similar in many ways. Another 2 months we are going to get hitched. I am sure my relationship is probalby alot diffferent then other guys because my novia speaks fairly decent english and my spanish is pretty good. I think it would be a good idea to hear from the guys who have girlfriends or wifes who don't speak english and the guys who don't speak spanish. It would be nice to hear how the experiences were for the first few months. I am sure every experience if different and unique.
