Title: Dr Watson error on submitting posts Post by: bogota vet on April 04, 2002, 05:00:00 AM How come there is 5 second time bomb when you submit posts,
after you hit the submit button , you the have to hit the Ok button, or else IE shuts down with a Dr WAtson error. This happens with 2 different computers at work and at home. What operating system and browser are you using? I've tested with everything from IE 4.0 through IE 5.5, plus Netscape 4.7, but it's all been running either on Windows NT4.0 or Windows2000. I've heard of this problem before and suspect it's got something to do with cookies, but I've never been able to duplicate it myself. Is this happening a lot, or is it something that only happens occasionally? It happens on (2) completely diferent systems, home and work. It happens all the time, at least since I joined in 12/2001. work; windows N/T IE5.0 home: Windows X/P , and whatever the newest version of IE |
