First post for me, well, on THIS board.... I had a three year stint with a girl from Moldova and now I'm married to a northern Phillipino. BIG adjustment and somewhat different area of study after three years of in depth study of Russia and the NIS. Just wanted to come back to get and give on the info level. I've read a few posts and some of you obviously know the story on these girls and this type of thing. I've also met SEVERAL other Pinays, they seem to stand out in the crowd now that I'm married to one. Most seem like very good people, but as always, "people are people" regardless of their place of birth. I'll be around, reading your posts and asking an occasional question I guess...
