Title: Question for Howard Post by: Intrepid on April 26, 2003, 04:00:00 AM Howard, I read in one of your posts some time back about a Church in Warren and also Canton that has primarily a Phil congregation. Can you tell me where they are? Peace!

Hello Howard Hope you are doing well. My wife and I saw you at the Aloha Hotel in January around 8am when you came in with two tall Filipinas while we were eating breakfast. You went to use the internet at the hotel on a Saturday. Did not get to say hello because we were rushing to the air port to get a flight and my wife was 7 months pregnant at the time. I do not recommend the Aloha Hotel, it is a rip off that we got stuck with late at night by the people at the airport. The linen was even dirty but we were too tired to care. Good luck with your new relationship, you deserve someone nice and I am sure, thru the grace of God, you will end up with a winner. I am on my third marriage and I could not be happier. You have to realize that Filipinas can be the most devious women on earth but also the nicest on earth. My wife and I just had our 2nd daughter and we could not be happier. My wife was invited to dinner by a now former friend. The friend advised her to meet one of her male friends who was a drug rep since I am in the US to have sex with. This friend objected to our marriage and now is trying to interfer with our relationship. This type behavior is somewhat typical for Filipina, so this is the 3rd time that this has happened (one other friend and her 1st cousin). Some Filipinas consider American men who come to the RP to look for wives as naive, vulnerable and desperate or should I say the word that they use (stupid). Keep us updated on your courtship. Cheers Title: Too Bad... Post by: Howard on April 30, 2003, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Hello Howard, saw you at the Aloha Hotel..., posted by Alvin1 on Apr 28, 2003
...you didn't introduce yourself, I would have loved to have met your wife and yourself!!! The taller of the two was the lovely and charming Gerlie B. :D The other young lady was her Aunt Bebing who accompanied her to meet my plane in Manila :) The Aloha is not necessarily the best hotel I have ever stayed in, but I am creature of habit. So it's the Devil I know :P Glad to hear everything is going so well for you in this marriage and thank you for the kind words :) I will have to agree with you on one of your points, just knowing Gerlie makes me feel like a winner ;) I have heard what you mentioned about the deviousness of some Filipinas and have witnessed it, to some degree first hand, but with Gerlie there is none. It's not in her nature. Maybe that's why we get along so well :D Keep the Faith! And next time say "Hi" I love to meet the PL'rs in person :) H Title: You're looking good Post by: Alvin1 on May 02, 2003, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Too Bad..., posted by Howard on Apr 30, 2003
Hello Howard, Did not get a chance to speak. We were busy eating the free breakfast that came with the hotel room that only ending up costing P500 and our cab was waiting to take us to the airport. Your two ladies were tall, sophisticated and attractive. My wife was impressed. Sometimes you have to go thru hell to appreciate heaven. On your next visit, try the Executive Plaza which always has a special and it cost less than the Aloha, which a dump. It is a luxury hotel and only a 2 min walk to Robinson Mall. Good luck Title: Naive, vulnerable, desperate, stupid Post by: Humabdos on April 28, 2003, 04:00:00 AM ... in response to Hello Howard, saw you at the Aloha Hotel..., posted by Alvin1 on Apr 28, 2003
I would say about 65% of the American men looking for MOB's are just that from what I have seen. Mostly 50 and 60 year olds looking for YOUNG girls :-( Sad but true. Hum, In time spent living in the Islands, I would have to agree. Many of the men I saw were an embarrassment, and would provide plenty of fuel for feminist groups.
