Title: Baby Matthew and Feb Post by: Febtember on January 04, 2003, 05:00:00 AM Hi everyone, just wanted to let you know that baby Matthew and Febtember are home now and doing fine. Baby weighed 8 lbs and 1/2 oz, and was 21" long. Good thing she didn't go full term or baby would have been 9 lbs. Baby has more hair than me, which depresses me somewhat (lol). I believe we did win the first baby of the year contest in our area. If we would have went to one of the two local hospitals, I believe we would have won them also. But we had baby at St John's up in Springfield where lots of babies are born. Baby came at 6:07 pm on the 1st, and I think he was 4th or 5th baby born on New years. We already think back to the good old days when there was such a thing around our house, something called sleep. Instead, we have bags under our eyes. How can one little boy take so much time? Good thing the Lord did not bless us with twins or triplets. I think we would have to hire a maid if He did. Anyway, thanks for all the kind words of thanks. God bless, Greg, Raquel, and Matthew James
Maybe I'm a little partial, but I think Matthew has to be the cutest baby here on earth. :) Title: Congratulations Greg & Raquel Post by: greg on January 05, 2003, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to Baby Matthew and Feb, posted by Febtember on Jan 4, 2003

That is great news to hear Greg and Raquel! Should little Matthew James grow up, but decide not to pursue farming like you however. You will have comfort at least in knowing that he most likely will be able to enjoy having his birthday off yet still get a paid holiday for it. not a bad deal to look forward to ha ha ha. Savor the moments and take lots of pictures. All the best to all of you! Windmill boy Title: Congratulations!
