Post by: Matthew on September 17, 2002, 04:00:00 AM My thanks everyone who expressed suport and kind thoughts during my recent hospitalization.The heart attack was a wake up call,I guess.Joy and I have places to go and things to do so I am ready to make whatever lifestyle changes are needed to give me the best chance.
I haven't had a smoke in a week! Now, I would ask that you turn your thoughts to Jay.He had a heart attack yesterday and was in CCU at a local hospital.He was transfered today to same place I was for a cardiac catherization.I just came from visiting.Same place,same techs,same doctor.Yea, its weird.On a bright note everybody there says I look good:)I'll post an update when I hear something. tito matt Title: Oh No! Thanks Sally.Jay is coming home tommorrow 9/19.He had a miocardial infarcation (MI)and is being treated with drugs.He had the heart cath but no blockages were found.Looks like he will be OK.Thanks again everyone for your thoughts. tito Matt Title: Get Well Jay! Hi Matt, I'm happy to hear you're doing well! I'm very sorry to hear about Jay. Like I told him, if you guys need ANYTHING, just let me know.
