"Mama's don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys,
don't let 'em pick guitars and drive them old trucks
make 'em be doctors and lawyers and such

Mama's don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys
cause they'll never stay home and they're always alone
even with someone they love"

Best of luck Feb!  With parents like you and your husband I'm sure Matthew James will be a success no matter what he does.

..he of noble countenance and imposing bearing, that most intrepid mariner of the vast Pacific..... Ray!

"Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be sailors
With shore leave in Luzon you know what they'll do -
they love Filipinas so much they'll take two!!

Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be sailors,
cause they're never at home but not always alone,
the next port of call is their love"

Here's a light-hearted look at your future career, my friend:

"Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be pilots
They'll go to a place that says 'Learn to fly here'
telling instructors 'I HATE San Mig beer!'

Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be pilots,
cause once they go airborne they're no longer sworn,
the mile high club they will join"

"Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be roofers
Don't let them blow engines in old beat-up trucks,
pounding those nails with a butt crack that's - ugh!

Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be roofers,
cause they'll fall off the roof and land flat on their heads,
and go to the PI instead"

"Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be lawyers
Don't let them shaft people until they go broke,
bending them over with glee for a poke!

Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be lawyers,
cause they'll take all you own and just leave you alone
It's only the money they love"

--Ok Hum, laugh now.... cause you could be next :-)

"Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be fireboys
They'll dive in canals with the gators for wrecks,
pulling the hand off a corpse that's been pecked

Mamas don't let your babies grow up to be fireboys,
cause a pick-axe of gold will be all that they hold
dear to their hearts oh so cold"

Mama's don't let your babies grow up to be programmers,
don't let 'em crank code with those bits and those bytes,
killing their brains with compilers all night

Mama's don't let your babies grow up to be programmers
cause they're stuck at the keyboard and always alone
even with a PC they love

Hi Feb,

It's great to hear that everything is fine. With all of that kicking, maybe he will be good at soccer or a football field goal kicker. :o)

Or a doctor or an engineer or some profession that hasn't even been invented yet. But most important is he that he is healthy and that his mommy (and daddy) take good care of him, like I know you will. Congradulations.

That's what we think. We want him to be a doctor or engineer.Or he can be both a farmer and a doctor or an engineer and farmer.
I'm very happy and thanks God for everything and most of all keep praying for him.
