Does anyone have a good or great phone card rate to the phils,
no connection fee.

I have been using Telespeed, calling to a Cell phone in manila
and the Rate is about 12.9 c per minute , no connection fee.

There are many cards which give about 9 cents per minute if you call to a land line in the phils , but not many i know have land lines.

The card Telespeed, however, has been very erratic lately, and half the time it wont connect , thats why i am looking for a more reliable card.

Philtel.com   Time2call card works well 12.9 to cell phone no connection fee 3 min rounding

Doing mabuti kaayo here. Sallie is fine also.  I didn't see the time2call card listed on the site I posted. It's now showing 18 cent a min to PI. This is my busy time of year so I don't post much.

I had a problem with Telespeeds card.  I called complaining to their technical support line and was always told I was in error that there was no problem.  I finally got irritated and sent an e-mail to them telling them that I posted on several Fil-Am bullitin boards and I would tell everyone how bad their phonecards were and that I didn't like being called a liar everytime I pointed out a discrepancy with their service.  They fixed the problem the next day and I didn't have problems again till this week.  Maybe its your turn to complain.  Point out that you know another guy who posted simialr things about a year ago and you know a lot of people who quit using their cards then.

I told them about 5 times this week it does not work,
then they say, oh we checked and it works fine,
then later in the conversation they admit that they have had many complaints this week and they are trying to fix the problem............busted..........still the card sucks lately
