Title: Uke phone sys down? Post by: romachko on December 19, 2004, 05:00:00 AM We couldn't get phone or the Internet (E-mail) connected to Ukraine addresses for the last couple days. Is this our isolated problem or is there anyone else who has had the same problem?

We finally could get through but one problem persists. We are using a discount rate with 1015335 number. We can hear them, from Ukraine, but they cannot hear us clearly. We ended up with using a regular rate, which let us both parties hear clearly but costs us a lot. Is there any other number or card, with which we can both clearly hear at a cheap rate? I have been using pingo.com 11.5 cents a minute to Ukraine, one minute rounding, no connect fees, maintanence fees, or taxes. First time buyers get $5.00 free. There are some slightly cheaper rates out there, but for me these always had frequent disconnects and poor sound quality. I have been using these guys for about three months and have had no problems.
