Title: Wife FINALLY Got Her...
Post by: Stevo on June 25, 2004, 04:00:00 AM
Removal of Conditions application approved (13+ months from application date).  Now just have to go to the local office to get her passport stamped and begin the permanent card reissue process (letter claims card will arrive in the mail in 6 months...more waiting...what do you expect!).

From first hand experience, the Atlanta INS office is the biggest racist pos God ever bestowed upon the USA.  My ex-wife and I even tried to file charges against this BS organization about 10 years ago.  We really should've sued for assault and battery, multiple counts of racial discrimination, etc.  Nobody wanted the case of course figuring we were looking for pro-bone-head types working against the USG and their contract security.

Next time, I've gotta video cam in my ball cap, another in my belt buckle, with remote recorders to catch all the discriminatory action against me and my family by this POS office staffed by folks that are not caucasian.

That is the outright truth.  This office, is a piece of work.  And then you gotta pay for parking.

Go figure.

I expect from 15 to 18 months. Plan on going to get atleast one more I-551 stamp in her passport before she receives her 10-year card.
