Title: Here it is, folks!!! Post by: Streetwise on March 11, 2004, 05:00:00 AM It arrived quicker than I thought. Look familiar to anyone? (I hope so, hate to think I am doing this to an innocent person, but from the previous posts on the subject I'm sure she must be "playing the game.")
I'll write her back and keep you posted as to how things develop Cheers all! HI xxxx, HOW ARE YOU? THANK YOU FOR ATTENTION TO MY PROFILE. THERE IS = P.S. DID I TELL YOU THAT I LIKED YOUR PICTURE VERY MUCH? - ))=20 Title: Re: Here it is, folks!!! Streetwise, I was looking forward to how your communication would progress with this alleged scammer. Is she still writing? Title: Re: Here it is, folks!!! Post by: AJ277 on March 13, 2004, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to Here it is, folks!!!, posted by Streetwise on Mar 11, 2004
whats the point? better time spent writing someone you know or at least think is sincere? if she is a well versed scammer , she knows how to check WU's by phone or on line to verify they are for real without wasting any time going to pick them up. and if you manage to waste a bit of her time, her reaction would be " yawn, oh well" out of the hundreds of intro letters and so forth she likely writes daily?
I dont get it Dont take me wrong -I dont condone her actions in the least,,

I know it's a long shot, and unlikely to have any effect on her; heck, she probably reads this board regularly. But maybe showing her letters will be an eye opener to those who might be future scam-fodder. One guy already thought her letter was sincere (see below.) It is a good insight for "newbies" to see how artful these people are. Sharing knowedge, that's what this is about. on the educational pert of it for new guys.. the sad part is most of them dont research anything, just happen to blindly visit a site or get written to from their personal on match.. or friendfinder ( in the past) The ones smart enough to not need the warning, well dont need it.but would be far more likely to do some research and see it here, and elsewhere. the ones in desperate need of it, will never look past the hottie photo, and "you are my dream man" email they recieved in fantasyland- commend you for attempting to try .. I wanted to see what this girl looked like but apparently her photo and profile have been removed from the website. Title: Re: Interesting Post by: FLASH2D on March 12, 2004, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to Interesting, posted by John F on Mar 12, 2004
Sorry to say she has a tip that fellas will be playing with her so it's possible she'll be suttle in her approach but she has an ingenious creative mind and will find a way for you to suggest you'd like to send money to support her. She can be seen in foreign affair if you type in her profile # is 37180. Not the best photos of her. She's wily so be careful. She has alot of experience dealing with american men and has been well schooled in that art. She's even heavier than she looks in those photos but had a number one rating in some pretty sleazy and reputable agencies this time last year. Title: Re: Here it is, folks!!! Hubby let her roam the country as long as she brought home the bacon, Divorce is questionable. Daughter comes about fourth or fifth in her life in importance in reality. She's actually mother from hel*. Keep it comin and I'll help to fill in blanks. She doesn't work. The money magicly appears. flash Title: I'll post it all! Have just written her back; watch this space! Title: Re: I'll post it all! Post by: FLASH2D on March 14, 2004, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to I'll post it all!, posted by Streetwise on Mar 12, 2004
street, Any new news recently? Some of my friends were looking forward to seeing a follow-up and seeing how you are faring. Looks like it's grabbed the interest of some who read the forum but never post. AJ's right about newbies being blinded by a hottie photograph and rushing in blined and thinking they'll rescue the damsel in distress. Or the good old white knight syndrome. The experenced scams sre getting their hooks set for the summer visits. Don't be discouraged fellas, there are many great women out there just be cautious and use the hesd that sits on your sholders. Hi Flash, here it is, received yesterday. I must confess it threw me a bit, the picture attachment looked very natural (I always associatd scammers with touched-up photos of models in provocative poses!) Or maybe that is another extra touch of clever subtlety in this case? Interesting to note that she is a chess player (that would explain a lot!!) HI xxxx, HOW ARE YOU? I AM SO GLAD TO HEAR FROM YOU ! YOU KNOW I LIKED Title: Seems like she's falling for you Post by: Pordzhik on March 14, 2004, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to Latest instalment, posted by Streetwise on Mar 14, 2004
You smooth talker you. Just one thing puzzles me, for a well versed scammer and letter writer, what's with all the CAPS? Maybe you're writing to one of her students. |
