Title: K2 Visa Question Post by: Philb on November 14, 2003, 05:00:00 AM I am wondering if anyone has any experience with bringing a male over the age of 18 from Ukraine into U.S. on a K2 visa. I am planning on beginning the K1 process in late January. Elena has a son who will be 18 the beginning of July. I know that getting the K2 will not be a problem. What I am wondering is if Ukraine's cumpulsory military service requirement will have any affect on his being allowed to leave or not.
