Part of the agreement to decommission UKR's nukes inherited from the USSR was Nato's guaranty of UKR's territorial integrity.Now with France and Germany cozying up to Russia, looks like UKR will either depend on the US or rebuild its nuclear capacity. However, I have no doubt that they will resolve this dispute amicably.
