Title: Recommended Agencies?
Post by: Streetwise on June 30, 2003, 04:00:00 AM
I've been out of the loop for a few months as far as agencies are concerned; can anyone point me in the direction of some "major" reputable organisations currently operating out there?

I can easily find an agency, but knowing if they are "on the level" is the difficult part, as I have learned to my cost in the past.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Streetwise, I will try to give you the names of some good agencies I know of. It would be more helpful if you indicated what area you were concentrating on.

Ikar, Xenia, Vesta, A love in Russia, Be Happy2Day, Orchid Lady, Bridge to Love, Kiev Connections, IDI Bridge, Bridge to Bride, Cinderella, Marianna's, LuganGirl, KhersonGirl, Kherson Rose, Alpha Dating, From Odessa with Love, Odessa-Ladies, Odessa Connect, Siberian Brides, World-Class, Cherry Blossom, Pilgrim, April L, and Olenka to list some I know who will not scam you.

With regards to European Connection and Anastasia let me say they do have some beautiful sincere women on these sites. Yes there are a lot of gold diggers, scammers, not sincere women but one just has to know that going in. And stay away from the E-700 and Anastasiaweb part of their operations. There are some diamonds to be found and it usually requires some work and effort. I would recommend as you get down to one month before your trip to go to these websites, or catalogs, and see what ladies interest you in the city or cities you will be traveling too. These ladies will be getting lot's of replies. You letter number 126 will probably never even be opened by this lady so have your letter hand delivered and tell her you will be in her city in the next three weeks and you would just like the opportunity to meet her. Although this woman may already have three favorite men she is corresponding with, none will be coming in the next three weeks, or who knows when? If she likes your photo and you have a well written first letter on introduction there is a good chance she will meet you, and that's all you want here are meetings, lot's of meetings. Do not be intimidated by the most beautiful of ladies, if you are going to be in her city in the next few weeks, many of these ladies will meet you if they are attracted to the photo and what you write (really need a good photo. It is the single most important thing you can do to help your cause).

Many thanks, Jack. I have now checked your site and was impressed, the quality is good and the site contains more useful info than the others I have seen; I will definitely be in contact.

The focus of my trip will be Dnepropetrovsk, although I will also take advantage of my "en route stopover" in Kiev for a couple of meetings.

One question... I am also considering Moldova; do you know if they issue visas on arrival at the airport, like Romania? I might build Kishinev into the same trip.

Thank you for your kind words Street. Makes me want to add more of the umpteen thousand things I want to add.

Dneprop is a good choice. As you will arrive and leave from Kiev, sure you should try to meet a few ladies. Street, a lot of guys are doing just as you are considering. You are met at the airport, taken to the center of Kiev, to an outdoor cafe, where you can look thru catalogs of about a thousand ladies, many who are not on the internet, and choose some ladies who interest you.

About Moldova. A lot of guys will have there lady from Moldova meet them in Odessa. It is very easy for the ladies to meet the men in Odessa, about a three hour trip.

Although things are always changing, it was possiable at one time for men to buy a visa as they entered Moldova.

I guessed right Jack. I thought you might recommend agencies other than your own. Your own services and agency speaks for itself in the number of people that have expressed their satisfaction with you and your agency. No one can please everyone - some can never be pleased - I am sure you know what I mean - so every agency is going to have a client who will complain - impossible to not happen I would suspect. However, few complaints have drifted in concerning your agency which speaks for itself.

Title: Personal Advertisement

Personal advertisements / other forms of advertising - just go.  Agencies have a tremendous problem recruiting quality girls (unless they have the handicap of children).  Try writing the few women on websites you see that you like and see what happens (some will not write back, some are engaged, some are scammers, some will prove later to be scammers, some will just stop writing after a letter or two,  and perhaps a few will answer legitimately) plus place a personal advertisement in a region you like and just go baby.

I placed an ad through Jack on First Dream. I had great results. I would say over 60 responses easily. Some through web, some through regular letters mailed to Ukraine & a small percentage of letters mailed to me here. It is through this ad that I met my fiancee. I had written many ladies before but when THEY write you, you already have a little advantage there. Anyways I would hightly recommend it to anyone SERIOUSLY interested. By the way there are some REAL gems outside of the big cities. If you get a letter from a small village or town NOT on a map by all means make an effort to get to know the lady. Mine was from a small town with a pop of around 15,000. Anyways my 2 cents.

Streetwise seeks an agency? I recommended one by name.

I also remember that I have suggested in the past that this nome'de plume seems rather presumtuous.

How does such a simple question lead to some a-hole getting out of his cage? Like I said before, I will keep the handle on the basis that nobody has all the answers... except you, apparently...

I made a straightforward request for some information about agencies from the members of this board; you replied with an insult. I don't pretend to know everything there is to know about RW's, but neither does anyone else; so the handle fits me as well as it would anyone.

I don't know you, I don't know if you are looking for an argument or if you are just smug about the fact that you are already married whilst many of us are still searching, but nobody can afford to be too smug in this life (I presume you know what "smug" means, it's an English word...)

I responded with an agency (the only one who did).

There's nothing wrong Firstdream.  Firstdream is *not* the only good agency out there.  I'm not trying to criticize Jack, just point out that there are alternatives.
