Also see my posting from 5/27, from the Moscow Times. http://www.moscowtimes.ru/stories/2003/05/28/009.html Wouldn't it be nice if the Russians unilaterally eliminated visa requirements? Would increase revenue from tourism and more than make up any loss of income from fees I am sure. I can't imagine what the down side would be. Might even shame the INS into relaxing their requirements. |
