Title: (*/*) Post by: Jack on February 10, 2003, 05:00:00 AM Hey guys, have several things I want to write about, and will, but right now it seems we have about eleventeen hundred guys who have decided to wait until the last minute to decide to deliver flowers to there girl, there fiancée or there scammer!
Have wanted to take the time and write a little about networking, and will as soon as time permits. Some, I think many, will benefit from beginning, forming, such a network that will help him and his future Russian bride once she get's here, although a small percentage of Russian ladies could care less about meeting other Russian ladies once in America. "Hey Beamish"! I sincerely apologize to you for the way you were so rudely treated by one individual when you posted your story. I think what you experienced, and tried sharing with the P-L board, was good information. Unfortunately your story reflected the low morals of a woman you met from Kherson, this offends some, so you "have to be a troll" or not so-gently implied as such. Will write you more Beamish as time permits. "Hey Fog man"!! Whoaaa dude! Talk about a LP, Jack, Yoe, mad Max, Don Rickles type personality all rolled into one! Anyone else notice one similarity between Spyke and JohnL? Are all aussies this damn stupid? Noticed Leo the lip made a brief appearance. And to my sweet big, bon-bon chomping, egg-nog slurpping mooo mooo claire, I missed you also cow baby! Hi, and thanks for the benefit of the doubt. I was only trying to help others avoid a problem and got blasted:) I don't want to see anyone else be fooled if it can be avoided. Russian Dream girls has put a warning on Sveta 47960's bio. I believe they must have received other complaints, as I was told it takes at least two.. Thanks, Beamish. To find out what all the fuss was about. Must admit I can't understand your refusal to name the agency you went with, esp, as your bad experience does not reflect on them and and you were otherwise happy with the service. Shared experiences, that's what this forums for. How do you plan on doing things next time? Stick around and good luck. After the way I was jumped on, I don't want to involve the agency I used in my problems and choices. Some here will make a connection and perhaps ridicule the agency. I don't want to see that happen. You chose not to mention the agency in your original post BEFORE some here jumped on you. Title: (*/*) Post by: Jack on February 13, 2003, 05:00:00 AM ... in response to Strange thing, posted by Pordzhik on Feb 13, 2003
Beamish, Pordz's right in that if the agency is really good, you are helping them far more than hurting them as you are saying something positive about them. No agency is scam proof, not even the good agencies. Because there may have been a scammer on this particular agency should have no reflection on the agency if they did something about this woman after they discovered her less than admirable morals. Welcome back, Jack. I certainly agree with your sentiments regarding the manner in which Beamish and other new posters are treated. I am tired of every new poster who shares a bad experience being immediately labeled as a troll. Let's hope with your renewed savoir faire that this can be abated. I would prefer that troll posts, real or imagined, be addressed on their merits. It only takes awhile around here for the troll police to do their job, so let's give new posters the initial benefit of a doubt. I agree Charles, Beamish's post had no resemblance to a troll post at all, at least to me. He was informative and I sense trying to be helpful. Beamish mistake (which was certainly not his fault) was saying something negative about a woman from Kherson. Hit a sensitive nerve to someone. The troll police does a pretty good job around here. Noticed WilliamGo and a few others pegged Leo fairly quickly, it's these wannabe troll police and there in-experience that want to label a real poster as a troll that I see as harmful. But no one is perfect, even I have mis identified two individuals whose story I thought was a little too strange but proved to be correct, those being kiNg daNde and young Jeff. But rather than calling the two an out and out liar, as damn near was the intent with the way that Beamish was being grilled, I gave my phone number to both daNde and Jeff thru a post and had good conversations with both of them. I hope that Beamish will post again as I have interest in trying to deal with the agency that he had a good experience with. Don't forget...you also thought I was a "troll" when I first posted here asking a question about a situation I had encountered on my first trip to Moscow. I was lambasted for asking a genuine question and was called a "troll" by a few others who post here. Bubba, These type of business's don't go under, they just change there name. Most scam agencies (usually consisting of about two people) have a fair investment in computer equipment, data, web help and web design. Once a scan agencies has been identified and there name get's out, they just change names. There are a handful of new named agencies in and around Lugansk now, one that was recently brought to my attention was an agency called Scarlet. Don't know anything about Scarlet, might be legit, just a new name to me. But I feel certain that Amur is still in business, just under a new name. One thing guys should do when deal with agencies, ask the agency how long they have been in business, or how long have they had the name they are using and if they were ever in business under a new name. If the company says the are new, bargin with them on there prices, as a new agency they should be doing whatever it takes to earn your business and making sure they please any and all clients. If the company says they have been around for a while, ask them in an e-mail for references. If they say they have been around, and cannot give you one, two verifiable references, I would say watch out!
