France. He told me that, he had found a phone card at 2½ cents - canadian - a minute. Forget to ask the name of the card company. If anybody cares to know, I can call him and ask. Yes, of course, we always care about the latest phone deal. Especially if these rates are good for calling 'from' outside north america. There are many good deals or calling 'from' inside NA, but I haven't seen such deals for calling from outside NA.
