Day 1: The First Night

I arrived in Moscow from my long flight on Aeroflot and met with my interpreter Helen after clearing Passport and Customs. I was so happy to see Helen because we had such a nice time together when I was in Tver in March and April that I knew we would have a great time again this trip. It was almost like 2 old friends seeing each other again after a long time, and we were both happy to see each other. I should say about Helen that she is probably one of the best interpreters in the Tver office, and her and I really hit it off. She is not only extremely beautiful but also extremely sharp and witty, with a sarcastic wit and sense of humor.

I truly believe that if a guy is serious about matching with a girl, he will quickly understand that the interpreters are the key to his success. They can help the guy figure out what a girl is really saying, read their body language, and also give extremely helpful advice on how to be successful in the program. I knew that I would be heavily dependent on Helen and Natasha (my other interpreter) to be successful in finding the woman that I wanted to marry.

After arriving in Tver from the long flight, I decided that I wanted to go out to the Zebra Club and meet up with Charles and Greg, see what was happening, and have some tequila. I should note that I brought 2 bottles of tequila with me to drink while here (one bottle if you can believe was 300.00) but one bottle (the 300.00 bottle of course) broke on the flight and all my clothes smelled like tequila. I knew that I would be doing laundry tomorrow, so I thought I might as well have some tequila at the Zebra, dance a little, and maybe see who was out. It was Thursday night, which can be a busy night, so I was looking forward to a long night of fun. I have always liked the Zebra because it is a nice club that has a good dance floor and seems to attract many beautiful women.

When we got to the Zebra, I sat down and introduced myself to Charles and Greg, asked how they were doing on their trips, and proceeded to have some tequila. I was not planning on getting much sleep this first night, and I wanted to get the partying out of my system so that I could be serious about finding my future wife. I thus ordered 3 rounds of 3 tequila shots each for myself (yes, kids, that was 9 shots). I was going to limit the partying on this trip because I did not want the women I would be meeting thinking that I was only here to have a good time and party, so I told myself to party the first night. I really was serious but I knew that I do enjoy some tequila now and then. By indulging the first night, I would hopefully not feel the need to "cut loose" right away on my trip.

I remember getting home to my flat at 2:30 and knew that I would have very little sleep because I had a full day of dates the next day. I was really excited to be seeing both Oksana and Valeria (my 2 top choices from my 1st trip that I was seeing), as well as get my haircut and see 2 other women who I had not met from my 1st trip

I had a full day of dates scheduled tomorrow because I wanted to quickly figure out which girls I wanted to focus on during my trip and know which girls were just out for a good time. As I did not want a repeat of what happened on my last trip with Marina, that is, going out on 14 dates with one girl only to find out when I asked her to match with me that she was "not ready" for that decision, I was going to "converse in reverse" as Witchdoc likes to say, to learn right away which women were serious about me and the program. I was excited about the prospect of beginning new relationships and hopefully finding the woman that I would fall in love with and marry.
