Title: 2 Problems (Both Major) . . .

First is that she must have a visa for Canada to be allowed to legally enter Canada. On K-1 status with the US, it is doubtful that she will get the Canadian visa prior to expiration of her K-1.

Second problem is re-entry into the US. If she is still on K-1, then she has already used her single entry into the US and she will be unable to depart and re-enter the US unless you marry and apply for (and receive) Advance Parole documents.

In a nutshell, what you are asking is almost certainly NOT legally possible.

KC,
I don't think so, if by "on a K-1" you mean before you are married.  Even after marriage, she will need an advanced parole (to re-enter the US) and a Canadian visa (for a Russian citizen).  When the green card is issued, she will still need a Canadian visa until she becomes a US citizen.

you get married. They may give her advanced perole if you request it, and that is the only way to leave the country until you've had your adjustment interview.
