Title: AOS and Medical Exam Post by: JaH on January 03, 2002, 05:00:00 AM I thought that a second medical exam was not required, but I see that in the AOS package there is a form for the exam, what's the deal with this? Do we need another exam to send with the 485? Thanks.

You don't need to do that, if you already have done it outside the country. This is only for yhe people who are doing their AOS here in States(other than fiance visas). If you read the form(instructions)carefully it will tell you that. If you are filing based on a K-1 visa, the additional medical exam is not required. |
