Title: What is a good rate for calling the Phils Post by: outwest on January 13, 2002, 05:00:00 AM the range I have seen is 12c to 22 cents a minute on prepaid
calling cards , but a lot of them have connection fees etc the 10 10 direct dials dont seem to be a good deal Does anyone know of a great calling card, or rate to the phils that they use already. Thanks |
