the question itself can be formed in many ways : как дела? -most common, quite familiar(how are things) как ты (вы) пажуваешь(-ваете)-polite way or maybe как ты(вы) себя чувствуешь(-вуете) -is more :-How do you feel?(pronounce "Tshustvuyesh" or sth approaching) but you can give the same sort of of answer to all of these qzestions фсл( or: очень) хорошо all is(or very) good and i guess tht's it for the essential...
