Clay sent this to me privately & I was gonna let the legacy of Clay/Phoenix stay dead & stinking....but what the hell. Have one last laugh and/or *sigh*

Yesterday Clay was married thus ending a five-year search of a new life mate. The occasion also marks the end of my online life and this is my last will and testament.

Some said that I wouldn't be successful but I proved my critics wrong. I was successful and found a woman who fit my 10-point check list with no small print and no asterisks.  

The only mistake I made in this process was loving a woman who was too young and immature to be a wife to anybody.  Yet this woman told me that she regretted her actions and that she made a big mistake.  In doing so, I achieved closure with this final "i" being dotted. Loving her was not really a mistake for without meeting her I would have never found my mate.

Now it's time to read the will:

LarryG (LWL) - I leave you an honorary doctorate in Economics for your market discussion. We had some good hard-hitting take no prisoner debates but I respect you because you never descended to personal attacks that others did.

HEAT (WLC) - I leave you a Confederate Flag.

Soltero (WLC) - I leave you a one-way ticket to Africa. Take you Black African ass there and never come back.

Gary Bala - I paid for my legal consultation right? It would be a conflict of interest to leave you anything else. But thanks for your intelligent response to my posts.

Geoffrey (LWL) - One of my favorite posters but he wasn't too fond of me. He said I got his goat. I therefore leave you some jerk goat and a bottle of campaign cola.

Ev (LWL) - I leave you all these American Black women. Help them see the error of their ways. Carry on with the fight.

Troy (PL) - l leave you a photograph of the 1968 Olympic Black Power salute. It's good to know that I have a brother in the struggle, unlike many of these trifling Negroes.

Hoda (PL) - I leave you my stuck on stupid card you issued me. I wish I could say I depart this online life as friends but you made your position clear in your post where you withdrew your best wishes. So enemies to the end. It's better that way. But there's good news. I just saved a lot on my car insurance plus you are not the most hated Negro on my list. That honor belongs to Soltero.

Jamie (WLC) -  I leave you one less woman on your list because I married her.  Keep that inventory high so some other guys can have a chance.

Loci (PL) - Yeah, you are the idiot that defamed Ebony and Jet Magazines. I leave you a one year subscription to each.

James (LWL) - I leave you a lesbian feminist Latina who hates children.

Mr. T - I leave you the real Mr. T and I hope he impregnates all of your precious Lady members.

Patrick (PL) - I leave you a nomination to the Supreme Court for your fairness concerning Clay. You were batting a thousand until you allowed Hoda to pinch hit.

Lester (LL) - I leave you nothing, absolutely nothing.  

Dallas Steve (PL) - I leave you a letter from the International Higher Learning Accreditation Committee:

Mr. Dallas Steve:

World Love College is hereby placed on probation.  Our investigation has shown that you do not allow academic freedom. Recently a student was harassed and expelled under conditions that would not have been tolerated at any world-class university. This, in spite your recognition as race relations as a field of study at your institution. This is appropriate because one cannot understand Latin America without having a strong command of this topic.  However, it seems that you apparently meant race relations as define by the Conservative Right and traditional thinking (so-called) African Americans. We demand that you cease and desist any and all activities that interfere with academic freedom.  Even the freedom of unpopular students must be protected, especially when the student in no way interferes with the right of others to contribute to the intellectual environment of the college. You acted, in this particular case, more like an offended dictator of some small country rather than a university chancellor. Any future infractions will immediately result in your institution losing its accreditation including the right to use the identification "College" in your title.

For my friends and defenders, thanks, I leave you my gratitude.  A few brave souls did try to defend me and tried to reason with the lynch mob.  I appreciate your bravery because those guys are vicious and foaming at the mouth. For you, I leave Clay's Medal of Honor.

I wish all well, including my enemies. It is finished. You will never hear from Clay again.  It is now safe to tell Black men to stay on the coast and to tell a Black man that he's a racist because he posts something informative on the history of slavery in Colombia or discusses the status of the Black population there.

Do you know what amazes me the most about Clay? I have read post from
this guy from what seems forever.  It seems so strange to see this guy finally
find the woman of his dreams. It only seems like yesterday that Clay was getting
his ass handed to him by a Panama woman.  I figured he would find his woman
in Barranquilla. It is a city unlike any I have ever saw. I found my wife there and
believe me I am not the easyest man to get along with read the old post here.  
Anyway Clay I have posted some pretty hard stuff to you because I think you are
a knucklehead but I will wish you one thing because I think you deserve it. I wish
you good luck with your wife. Drop all the crap because you have a new wife and
a new life now. I know this because I am the same as you I am married to a
woman from Barranquilla and yes I am starting a new life finally at 45. Good luck

Pete, being hated by the likes of Clay means I must be doing something right. From my side of it, I hope the little guy doesn't mess it up and proceeds to have a happier life, but other than that, my sentiments regarding Clay range from ambivalence to disinterest. I just hope his final banishment sticks and no poor, unsuspecting soul  lets that leprechuan ever emerge again to wreak havoc on another forum.
