Post by: Craig on October 26, 2005, 04:00:00 AM
Yesterday I submitted my I-129F to the TSC using snail mails overnight express and got this message

Notice Left

"We attempted to deliver your item at 11:25 am on October 26, 2005 in MESQUITE, TX 75185 and a notice was left. A second delivery attempt will be made. If unsuccessful, we will hold it for five business days and then it will be returned to the sender. Information, if available, is updated every evening. Please check again later

The filing fees increased on 10/26/05. If your petition comes back and you need to resubmit it, make sure you include the proper fee or they will send it back to you again. I think the new fee is $170.

Title: Wrong Address?

Craig,

Sending your forms by Overnight Express, FedEx, UPS, bonded courier, etc, doesn’t work too well if you send it to the standard mail drop P.O. box listed on the forms. You should send it to the street address of the Service Center.

I think TSC’s address is:

USCIS TSC
4141 N. St. Augustine Rd.
Dallas, TX  75227

If your package comes back, I would re-mail it by First Class or Priority Mail to the standard P.O. Box address listed on the form. Keep it simple and make sure you have duplicate copies of everything just in case it gets lost.
