Hi Ricardo, I was just in Cartagena last weekend for a few days, and stayed at the Hotel Almirante based on suggestions from others here. The Hotel is beautiful, modern and clean. Also just across the street from the beach. Very helpful staff and the rooms are very nice for the price.
