SaveOnMinutes.com The toll free access number rings busy 99% of the time My BEST response was a "ring" followed by "all circuits are busy" Customer service said someone would be calling me back... But I guess they must've used one of their calling cards to call me back, because I haven't heard from them. I "bumped into" this card by doing a search on "Startec" which was recommended by a poster below (was it "mudd"?). I never did find Startec...
