Thanks for the info. Well, ours could go faster than it is. But the
NSO in PI decided they'll take their slow ass time looking for my
wife's BC and also for our marriage certificate. It took them a
month and a half to send just the SECPA MC. The SECPA BC
just got mailed to her.

Do you think it would be okay though if I send in the Packet 3
forms even if she doesn't have her passport yet? She would be
getting that sometime next week. Or should we wait till she's got
all the stuff listed on the OF 169 before I mail it in? I figured if it
takes at least a couple of months to get to the Embassy, she
should have those stuff together.

By the way, we started our case starting with the INS late March.
When did you start yours? So, 8 months so far for us. Thanks

Hey Joe,
Off hand I can't think of any reason why not to send the Packet #3,
I would say mail it out. The clock is ticking.
Passport won't be needed until she goes to the actual interview.
Make copies of EVERYTHING you send in case they lose it.

I mailed the I-130 in Jan, 01
and mailed the K-3 app in Jun, 01
