Title: Uribe and a second term? Post by: Traveller on June 26, 2005, 04:00:00 AM I read this on CCN Online concerning the attacks this weekend.
"Analysts say the FARC wants to undermine Uribe's re-election hopes by showing that his security crackdown has failed and that only peace talks with a leader more sympathetic to the rebels can lead to peace." "The Constitutional Court, the country's highest judicial authority, has yet to rule on whether Uribe can seek a second consecutive term." What do you think? Think Jefe can get another term? I hope so, I have more respect for Uribe than Pastrana. I don't know, but things seem beter since Uribe has gotten to office. Any guy who wants the peso to go back to 2,900 pesos per dollar has got my vote. LOL! Title: Re: Uribe and a second term? Yeah they yearn for the good old days when that pussy Pastrana gave them half the country and they f--ked him anyway. 5 to one Uribe will get his second term, but guess who is trying to block that?Yup,pussy no one,Pastrana. If Uribe doesn't get a 2nd term there will be a hand picked Uribe type winning.I think that Colombians, after 50 YEARS of f--king with these assholes are tired of it. JUST SHOOT THE MF'S. Yeah sure, talks with a leader more sympathetic to the rebels can lead to peace. Pastrana gave these guys everything they wanted for four years, and what shape was the country in then? Uribe has to get a second term. It's as simple as that. |
