in the economic & political state of Colombia? Everytime, and I mean everytime I had to catch the dreaded 7am flight outta Cali...it was always madness getting your boarding pass & getting on the jet! I'm very surprised that AA added the extra flights. In all the years I've taken that flight (probably 30 times in the last ten years), I can't ever remember it being full, and of course since 9/11 it has never even been close to full. Hard for me to understand what justifies adding another flight, but it sure is alot more convenient for travelers. Maybe their plan is to faze out the evening/early morning flight. I saw that Continental added a direct flight from Houston to cali (and returning of course) but it is still that bad 8 am time on the return. It starts the 15th of July. Are you talking about a new Avianca flight or somebody else?
