Kramer When you file for a visa.. a k3 I-130 or K1 you have to go thru these guys. A k1 they sent to the embassy soon after receiving it. A i130 which is when you married your girl in her country you have to jump thru their hoops. For a fiance visa it really counts where you had to file it. Some areas are alot faster then others. Be forwarned that the embassy in Bogota will do what ever they can to trip up a woman to keep her from coming here. A woman I knew went for a interview and the officer asked her if she knew when the boyfriends wife died she stated she did not know. Visa denied.
