No man I tell you anything you want to know.  I'm guessing to buy it would be $200 grand or more.  But I would rent here, not buy.  As Pete has said it just is a better use of the capital.  Come stay with us some time.  Adios

The wife & I were just thinking about a "future" part-time, maybe full-time residence in Cali. Thanks for offer to stay. I'm already planning to make sure upper management, won't be able to pull the same bullshit with our vacation plans, as they did last year....

I tried to get on the picturetrail site.  It would not go through.  Did I miss something?   Let me know.  I already have the pictures that you sent me recently.  Are these different.  I know that I don't have the picture of the maid, but other than that?  Thanks.
