Carefull however I have signed up for one of the low rates and the Connection was horrible!  I would get cut off or I would hear someone elses conversation while talking to a girl in Colombia.  This was back in 1999 so I am sure technology has improved but I have been very picky about the "calling cards"  That I have used since then.

Supposedly it has a great connection, I read reviews of this particular card and most were stellar.  Im a smart shopper....product of 3 years in retail.

Yes, but watch for the 3 min. incriment, 800 # access charges,  or other hidded charges

You can get a local access number, if not its 3.7 cents for the 800 number.  No connection fee.
