I have buddy who married on Colombian girl.  He wanted Sex like all the time from her.  More than what she wanted, you know a girl does get soar down there.  And I think he was beating her too.  She left him and I don't know what happened to her.  He went back to Colombia and tried again.  I thought that he figured it out when the father of the child of the lady he was getting serious with would not allow the child to go with her to the U.S so he called it off so she would not have to choose.  The third time they got married again and she not living with him.  She is living with a friend now.  I am concerned that there is a limit of how many times that the U.S immagration will allow a person to go down there and bring up another lady.  Will this also hurt our chances from getting to try with a lady since our goverment is seeing this stuff go on?  And thoughts would be great!

... in response to How many times is enough, posted by Payton on Feb 4, 2005

I was waiting for someone to respond to your post, but since nobody has so far, I'll jump in. I am not an expert on this subject so let me quote the expert Gary Bala:

"Yes, people can file a second and even third fiancee
visa petition (under current rules). But keep in
mind that each petition IMHO become progressively
more difficult as a practical matter because each
petition must be supported by documentation to prove
a "serious intention to marry". After too many
"bites at the apple", immigration might not see it
your way (and be thinking "well here he comes again
claiming to be serious!")."
