I haven't been to an agency in over 2 years, and from my experiences, Latin Best was the agency were I felt most comfortable.

There were a wide selection of ladies to meet. Not many arm candy type girls, but normal level headed women. If a guy is interested in the arm candy hard body types, then I suggest ACG, LE, or Cali VIP.

I felt comfortable at Latin Best because it has a very "home type" atmosphere.

My opinion,
Aaron

Well Doc I am inclined to agree with you. When I go to Cali I always visit Luz. She is an example of what a good agency owner should be . Luz in my experience is not a greedy person. She actually knows about her girls and barbies are not a big part of her menue. She was burned out a while back and leased her agency to her niece. It turned out the lease payments were not forthcoming and she returned. You can always count on Luz to find a girl that  is perfect for you, but often some Bobos think the 19 year old is the one they want. She will get rid of girls that are scamming because she dosn't want the grief. In my opinion she has the largest amount of suitable women in Cali most have educations and jobs. I have dated five women from there and all had jobs and college degrees. Her method may be archaic but it works. jimc

I met my wife and former fiance through Luz Amparo. She is an honest business person. She provides a good value for the sevice she provides. She is very efficient. Best of all she is not greedy like some of the other agency owners who's names I do not wish to state here.

I like that her pricing structure is flexible.

I think the reason why her agency has been around the longest is because she keeps her overhead down low, and she's not trying to get rich, but make a comfortable income from her business. Plus, she's Colombian and accustomed to living at Colombian standards. This keeps her costs down.

Gringos that go into the agency business are fooling themselves if they think they'll make big $$$$ according to American standards. Also, gringo agency owners make the mistake of too high overhead costs, for example having agencies in big mansions, many staff people, etc. etc. etc. That's not the way to do it.

The best approach is nice, clean, simple, and well managed with a flexible price structure.

Another thing that I like about Latin Best is the website. I get turned off to look at other websites and see about 25% of the girls with ENGAGED or MARRIED on their profiles. What is that for? Doesn't it seeem logical for the agency to replace those committed girls with new faces? I would. I think most agencies do that so they can show men clients that they are successful at match making, but that's not necessary.

Latin Best has the best approach because when a girl gets engaged or married, Luz takes her photo off the website and replaces the profile with another. I like that approach best.

I was at Luz's agency last month when I was in Cali and met a great girl that I am still in contact with by email.
The only reservation about the women there for me was that about 90% have children and I was looking for ladies without any.

Who dreamed up arm candy? very funny. I'm sure feminists would hang us for far less. I could try in my ad: "Busco caramelo del brazo"!

Not to rain on Patricks parade, but the phrase 'arm candy' as well as the phrase 'eye candy' has been in use for quite some time. What are you trying to score points for? LMAO!!

issue with. It's not worth your comment, nor am I trying to score points with anyone. I've followed the board for about 4 years, and no one uses the term more than Patrick, although it is a common phrase used by many people.

Your responses to the majority of my posts cause me to believe that you want to take issue with me. For what, I don't know. It's something you'll need to figure out.

I think when you start paying my salary, then I'll give further consideration to your opinions and viewpoints. But, for now, I have no reason to pay attention to anything you post.

I wouldn't have been so assertive with you like this, but your attitude when you respond to my posts compares to being bit by a mosquito.

Please leave me alone.

I don't want you thinking I have a hidden agenda when it comes to you and I have no issue with you. You have been an overbearing and harsh critic to many in the past, however, you have shown signs of reform since your reemergence. I still wish you the best, but I will decide what points are small enough to let pass and what I respond to. I don't mind your being assertive, its simply called being a man when done in the manner you employed. I will be mindful of your perception when responding in the future. For emphasis, I have no issue with you. Ademas, you would need a sledgehammer to deal with such a mosquito!
Take care.

arm candy (ARM kan.dee) n. An extremely beautiful person who accompanies a member of the opposite sex to a party or event, but is not romantically involved with that person (cf. eye candy).

Example Citation:

Now that gossip and society columnists are popularizing the phrase "arm candy" to refer to an attractive young thing who is escorted by an older, more powerful person for others to eye appreciatively, how long will it be before they begin using a companion term, 'room candy,' for a similarly attractive young thing who is invited to receptions or parties for decorative purposes?
—Stuart Elliot, "Twenty, count 'em, 20 questions on media and marketing to astound and amaze your friends," The New York Times, November 30, 1998

Earliest Citation:

All About Eve (1950, FoxVideo). [Marilyn Montroe had] already had mini-roles in eight movies when she turned up as George Sanders' arm candy in the party scenes of this film. But her jewel of a performance as an actress-on-the-make caught the public's attention.
—Marcia Froelke Coburn, "Marilyn's enduring appeal," Chicago Tribune, August 21, 1992

Since you like quotes and reading the archives, look up the phrase ARM CANDY for the PL, and report on who uses the phrase the most.

I'll bet you it's Patrick.

Latin Best has alot of women, plus Martitza who works with Luz Amparo has her books there from her former agency ,Hearts of Cali. The books and the web site are dated. The web site is poor as you can see.But Luz and Maritza know the girls and will try hard to help you.And they will really deal price wise.
The house to me would not be a good place to stay, like 4 bedrooms and 2 baths, but Luz will give you a very good rate if you want to stay. They have been having a party every 2 weeks or so.I was told the last one was excellent,I missed it.
