Latin Encounters ... que paso??

Anyone have any idea s'up with Latin Encounters? I sent a request for
membership two weeks ago and still nothing.  Tried again five days ago;
still nothing.

I got my one month membership and it was sooooo not worth it!  They make it sound like the girls have profiles and stuff to read but there is nothing.  I did get it quickly but I used the membership for a whole 5 minutes.  I will not use thier service they are misleading and a bad joke.  I stopped looking at the pages until I get relocated to St. Louis in the Summer.  I still read the board with hopes that all you guys are doing great!  Everyone of you deserves to meet the lady of your dreams!  

Back in 1999 I used a service that is at Latinlove.net  I don't know if they are still in business or what I have not heard from them after emailing them.  They were the best and Bud did not feed me any BS what he said was only what I would see or experience.  If they are still in business use them.  Six months ago My freind bought an ebook of one of the girls and although there was not much info but I was pleased with the pictures that they provided.  The guy who was working with the agency answered all the questions That my friend asked of the girl so there are no mysteries left.  I am just trying to get him to go down over the new year with me to find him the woman that he deserves!

There is still a web site for latinlove.net but it seems to be under construction.I tried to contact them a few months ago,the phone numbers didn't work.I'm not sure if the numbers there now work.
Latin love was the  agency that opened in the house that is now Cali Vip.I stayed there 21 days and  met my ex wife there in 1999.The house was closed down in 2001 and the agency moved to other locations.Bud started it in 1999 but his brother in law Mauricio has been running it since the big house closed dow.
A year ago a guy staying with me used him.He has a car and would bring the girls over to meet you.At the time it was $300 to meet as many as you want.There were about 50 girls on the site at the time,all good looking model types.This worked great because it was much easier and more comfortable than meeting girls at an agency.Plus he got 5 points when they came through the door.If you are living in a very upscale apartment it makes an impression.My friend had other girl friends and married one of them.In August I was trying to get ahold of Mauricio to meet one of the girls he brought over I thought was hot.I didn't want to try and date her when my friend was here.He basically dropped her and it would have been uncomfortable.The number I had for her didn't work.And his numbers didn't work.
If Mauricio is back in business we can get him some business,maybe me.
A friend of mine from California is here and we are getting together tommorow.Adriana,the cousin of my friends wife also Buds wife and Mauricio's sister is in town and is supposed to join us.I will ask her if I see her.

They're in Cali though and I'm not crazy about Cali...

Try Amigos.com you can tailor the area you wish.  I used Amigos and met
several woman including the woman I married. It will not be easy but it does
work and I think it is only $9.995 a month a bargin if you asked me.

I like to let everyone know only because I used the agency route before and it
was a big failure for me anyway. I really think I spent too much money using the
agency route too. No matter how you go just go even if you fail you still learn
something as most men here can vouch for. Just don't think you have to go to
Cali there are beautiful woman all over Colombia. I met my wife in Barranquilla
and I would never trade her for anyone else. I feel I got very lucky with her. Good
luck with what ever you do.

It seems it's sorta moribund.  It changed hands and the new owner is messing with the site and the prices.

Just a question, though... WHAT FOR DO YOU NEED ITS MEMBERSHIP?  It is overpriced and really targeted to people who have no knowledge of spanish and are reluctant to meet ladies by easier and cheaper means.  Besides, these memberships are overpriced; actually scratch that - GROSSLY overpriced.

There is an agency called Cali's Best that used to be associated with LE; I don't know if they still are given that it has new owners.  Anyway, for $100/yr you can write letters to these ladies using their service.

Most of these girls are available at CaliVIP - you can purchase their addresses individually, or they can set you up on dates a la carte.

Basically, if a mountain stands in your way, walk around rather than climb over  Good luck!

Oh, I know all that and there's no way I'll ever pay more
than a hundred bucks for unrestricted membership.  It's
just that you have to be a (free) member at LE to be able
to view the girls' details.  I was asking about the free
membership; not the other type. ;-)
