is grunion and I am still not grumpy after 6 months in Cartagena and a week with Pete in Cali. The weather here is beautiful with the winter trade winds blowing off the ocean. I recently found a new lunch spot - salad, rice, beans, chicken and a large bowl of chicken soup with panela to drink for 3,500 _$1.50 ( who says Cartagena is expensive?).
