If you are going to be in Cali now through January 4th I highly recommend checking out a little festival called "Tasca".  It is held at "Parque de la Musica".  It is held every year at different parks but this year it is in a nice location. It's right next to the Chipichape Mall.  It has three different bar setups, live music, and the kicker is they have food stands that feature foods from different South American countries.  It is open from 11:00 am - 1:00 am every day.

There appear to be two. One is at Parque de la Musica fronting Avenida Primera and the other just south of and accross Avenida Sexta from Chipichapi.
